What the Expert Says:

A good diet is a requirement of all humans to live a healthy life. Between 10-30 bones and especially the brain are still growing and need rest, exercise, and a variety of food. We have learned that Vitamin D is probably short in most of our diets and that women especially need to build up calcium.
