I like Family Fun magazine for pretty much everything you could want to do with your young children. Their magazine and website include crafts, party ideas, family events, travel, and plenty of healthy cooking ideas. I've attached a link to their website, try searching for "healthy snacks" Enjoy!

Homemade Hummus spread on crackers is great and you can adapt them to kids' taste by adding many ingredients such as shredded cheese or spices they would like:
