Hi Jchavez,

The area of a triangle is (1/2) * Base * Height

We know the Base is 4 ft, so we have this equation: (1/2) * 4 * Height

If we add in that the area must be at least 7 feet we have:
(1/2) * 4 * Height >= 7

Reducing this we get:
2 * Height >=7

Reducing further we get:
Height >= 7/2

So the height of our Triangle must be at least 7/2 or 3.5 feet.

I've included some links about triangle areas, I hope they help!
