I have a two yr old and I find that when we sit down for a meal at the table she will eat some with her spoon and fork, but not much. What I find works that best is finger foods, I know we can't eat like this all the time so its usually once a week. Get deli meats and cheese roll them up. I like to put lots of veggies that she loves, and I will sneek in some new foods to try. She tends to like them better this way!! Fruit is always a good one to use too. I hope ths will help you.
