I need help with my 3 year old getting her on a bedtime schedule. Would the fact that she was a premie, be an issue?

What the Expert Says:

It should not at age 3 years. Start by making sure that you have a routine e.g. bath, story, lights out etc... Try to do the same thing (different story!) every night at the same time. Be sure that she is tired and it is some time after eating instead of immediately after. Best wishes with this.
