I wasn't familiar with the website you mentioned, so I took a look at it. Seems like it might provide some structure and support for setting up a behavior modification program, but you can also do this at home. I have included a link to an article that discusses the process for doing this.

The key is to set up clear expectations, have them highly visible in the home, when possible integrate at home and at school, and be CONSISTENT. Consistent reinforcement is really the most important aspect of a behavioral modification program. And, continue to reinforce your child's positive behaviors for some time (until it becomes habit). Also, don't overwhelm them with too many behaviors or expectations at any given time. Work on one to three behaviors at a time. As they begin to master one, you can add others.
