Curriculum for each grade should be available through your local school district's main office. Traditionally, New York has a very rigorous curriculum due to their strict regents requirements for graduation. The website for the state office is below on the links.
Each state's department of education website describes it's grade level standards and curriculum. New York uses standards and "core curriculum". From what I can see, they list their material by subject area, and within each subject area by grade.
So you'll have to go to each subject, then drill down to the curriculum to find the grade-level material for that subject.
