Does anyone have resources or books that they can suggest to help students transition from high school to college life? I am most interested in books that handle the social aspects of the transition, including joining on campus organizations (sororities, fraternities, student government, etc.)

The College Hub on Education.com is a great place to get started. I suggest you read the section named: Transition to College. There are several articles on the topics you mention, and suggested books.
