Both of my kids ages 1 and 4 got there H1n1 shots two weeks ago, And there doc. office just called and told me they ran out of shots and aren't getting anymore! They also told me they will be just fine from the one they did have.. Is this true? What should i do?

Yes, most of us are almost or totally out of vaccine for H1N1 or seasonal flu due to either distribution issues in the separate states or manufacture issues.  The CDC does say one dose is better than none.  For children under 10 who received their first dose, they will have some immunity.  What I would do is keep and eye out for clinics giving #2 or stay on your doc's web site to see if she gets more vaccine.  It is possible.
