My boy 9years in grade 3 has a reading problem he will similar words to the ones in the sentences and I don't know how that happens

If I give my child something to read like saying Your school is in Main Street No 32, Johannesburg. He will say my school in is Johannesburg at No. 32 Main Street.

Here is an article from a United States center for learning disabilities which may help to explain what your son may be experiencing.  

This is not to say that your son has learning disabilities, as only local evaluators would be able to determine this for you.  I am unfamiliar with  school regulations in South Africa, so please consult with your local school.
