You can turn auto-renewal off on your account (so you will not be charged when your monthly subscription ends on September 8, by making sure you're logged in and then visiting http://www.education.com/my/purchases/ In your Subscription Preferences, turn auto-renewal to "Off" mode.

If you'd like, you can also email our support team at webmaster@education.com, and ask us to discontinue auto-renewal for you.

I have not been able to cancel my subscription by going into "my purchases" and changing my "subscription preferences" as the support person Linda explained. I never saw anything that said "subscription preferences" and am very upset that this seems to be a strategy to keep you from canceling. What a bunch of crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not a bunch of crap - its easy, I just did it.  Go to the site she gives you.  Click on your membership plan.  Turn off auto-renewal (its a link in a box on the right hand side)

Don't subscribe for the annual membership. I did and the only option is to Cancel the auto membership. This program doesn't work on any of the computers accurately. It's buggy and skippy even when used with other browsers.
