If the seal is solid, and you kept everything clean and sterile when you were canning your spaghetti sauce, then the sauce could last up to 4 weeks. I would safely say it will last for two weeks for sure.

If sealed properly, canned goods will keep a year. Once opened, it will only keep in the refrigerator a couple weeks, but as long as the seal has not been broken, it should last a year.
