This is not an easy answer as there are some states and school district which will provide to private schools the services of the special education team for evaluations (Such as the Educational diagnostician, Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists and the School Psychologist). Others will ask you to find these professionals on your own and have testing done in their facilities. Then there are some people who will go to graduate school programs for psycho-educational evaluations (such as School Psychology) and have graduate students who are supervised by Licensed Psychologists conduct the assessment.
