I volunteer in my child's classroom every day, and every day I witness another child abuse others.  I've seen this child scratch another child's face bloody, nearly toss them in a trash can and steal their belongings and a few days ago it escalated to this child stabbing another child in the back of the neck with a pencil.  Thankfully it didn't break the skin but the intent was there.  The school has tried all they can according to them.  The poor teacher is at wits end, after all their attempts to get help are for not.  The district is aware of this child's behavior issues and is not doing anything either.  I don't know what to do, I am afraid for my child and the other children in the classroom.  I feel that the other parents should be made aware of the goings on in this place that is supposed to be safe for their children.  What to do, oh what to do?
