If you're concerned that your child has a speech delay or speech issue, the best thing to do is contact the child's teacher and principal to share your concerns and request an evaluation.  After an evaluation, if there is speech diagnosis, the school can arrange for those services to be provided to your child at school.

Good luck!

If you are concerned about your child's speech you can set up it through the school to get your child evaluated for a possible speech delay, if it turns out that your child does have a delay then they will set up your child to see a Speech Therapist/Language Pathologist for so many hours per week.
If your child isn't yet in school. You can call the early intervention center or school board to get your child evaluated for a possible speech delay.
Hope this helps.
