manubhasin75 asks:

My child has started speaking from nose..???

I have a four n a half yrs old daughter, she has a very clear speech, pronounces words well and are audible. But from last one week she has started speaking from her nose due to which lot of times we are not able to understand what she is asking or telling us...sometimes she does speak normal...
Please suggest, is it normal or do we need to consult a speech therapist..??

What the Expert Says:

Start with your pediatrician's examination.  The reasons are many--allergy, sinusitis, tonsils and adenoids etc... Let her take a look and a listen and recommend your next step to diagnose what is going on with your daughter.
