What the Expert Says:

Please document all of the bullying incidents as they occur and take them to the school principal.  Be sure to include the date, time, and what exactly occurred.  This is probably going to be a sticky situation but if you are concerned about it, than reporting to the principal is the first step.  See if things change after speaking with the prinicipal and continue to document.  If things do not change go back to the principal and report again and ask if this is something that maybe needs to be brought to the attention of the school board.  If things still continue and nothing changes, report to the school board or super intendent. If still nothing changes, consider transferring schools. Situations such as these are always hard because it is so hard to prove what is really going on.  Gather evidence and present it honestly to the people at the school.  Try to work with them, not attack or threaten them.

We wish you luck.
