If I were in your shoes I would make an appointment to talk with someone at the school your child will attend kindergarten.  Perhaps you could call a guidance counselor or administrator and ask if you could meet with a kindergarten teacher to share your issues and concerns.

The local school is likely to have the information you desire.  Having a professional educator to help you with your needs is perhaps the best option for you to consider.
