If you are looking for an improper fraction, you would multiply the denominator (5) times the whole number (4) and add that (20) to the numerator (2).  Then you keep the denominator (5) the same.  The improper fraction would be 22/5.

Three possible answers are 4-4/10, 4-2/5, 22/5
