Parents and students stand at that intersection for a good while until they can cross. I have seen students start crossing and have had to stop to let traffic go by. There is a crosswalk person at the intersection of Hughes and Fairview and he mostly is sitting in his truck waiting for students when there is plenty to cross at the intersection of Fairview and Monitor, which most students use. I do not feel another person needs to be hired, let's use the one from the intersection of Fairview and Hughes.
