No, typically not.  Many young people missed the schedule of the hepatitis B vaccine and got an extra. The VAERS registration of the US government--the organization formed by congress to follow vaccine complaints--does not seem to register a lot of comment on an extra vaccine. The hepatitis B is usually given in the hospital in the nursery, one month later and at six months from the first. The schedule, however, is flexible.
