has trouble breathing, and was born with phemonia how was that possible, i am not a drinker and i am a vegetarian (salad broccoli etc.) and what could i have done. the only i mean the only medication i have been taking is birth control pills and some maybe a little aspirin. WHAT DID I DO WRONG!

You did nothing wrong.  Being born is not easy for some children, but I hope your pediatrician is attending to your child or at least the hospital.  Sometimes when newborns take that first breath their lungs are not completely ready for air and are still "wet" from the birth fluid.  Nature provides and most of this passes with breathing our humidified air. Please consult your doctor to answer these questions. She knows your baby the best next to you.

When I was born, the same thing happened to me. My Mom said she blamed herself despite doing everything right. I am in my forties, have no lung problems, and don't blame my Mom at all. Sadly, these things happen. As long as your daughter is being treated, she is fine. This is not a "fault" thing, it is just "a" thing. Concentrate on your health as well as hers and you will both be fine.
