No. If it is chickenpox, even a small group of vesicles (dots) is enough to convey immunity.  Some people build immunity by having chickenpox without a rash at all (called sub clinical).

Chicken pox is different on every child that gets it .. I had from head to toe while my bother only had two  spots.. dont worry .. just keep youu daughter rested and give lots water... she will get thought it ..
