Here on Education.com we have a wide variety of suggestions to help parents with fostering educational opportunities for their children.

However, in my opinion, one of the most valuable "gifts" you can give your child to help with her education is to READ.  Please read to your child daily or have her read to you.  A trip to a local library is time well spent.
