Bacteria is a lay term for organisms scientists group into Eubacter and Archeabacter, both of which are as genetically different from each other as either is from any of the other group of living things. Therefore the term 'bacteria' has no direct taxological equivalent to other groupings; it would be the same as grouping plants and animals together, for example. Fungi are classified as part of the Eukarya Domain.
