Hi Salamane....

A prefix is placed at the beginning of a root word to modify or change its meaning.

A suffix is placed at the end of a root word to modify or change its meaning.

Prefix = in
Root = evit
Suffix = able

Some common prefixes are: be, de, extra, hyper, hypo, infra, inter, intra, pre, pro, pos

Some common suffixes are: ant, ent, fy, ile, ism, ity, ive, ous, tude

Hope this helps!
