OK for I know ,if something like this happens , the spouse will take the custody unless he don't want the custody of the child , which he has to go to court and give the full custody too the grandparents , but if not the courts will decide if the other parent is will or has the mains to care for the child,, if the custody goes to the grandparents , they will have to agree to visits from the other parent.
