I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing this frustrating issue. To clarify, the "Download All" feature is a PLUS subscriber only feature, which is why you're getting redirected to the PLUS subscription page.
As a basic member, you will have to go to the individual worksheet page to download the worksheet.
