Q:
What is your educational New Year's resolution(s)?
Mine is to be laid back more and go with a thematic view. First of all, I am a very creative soul that homeschools my very bright and creative ten-year-old daughter :) We love homeschooling because it allows us freedom in education along with less stress. However, I have been following a good but very rigorous curriculum call "Abeka" for some time now. I think it is time for change! So this year we are starting off a unit study on Egypt! I am hoping that this approach will making learning better:) So what are you pledging to do different? You could be a mom, dad, teacher, etc.? Let's hear it!!! Oh yeah, HAPPY 2010!
