I'm assuming that this is in rupees and so, by my experience hiring developers in Bangalore a few years ago, this corresponds to an entry-level developer position.
Web technology is critical now - PHP, Python, Ruby, Java, as well as browser technology - CSS, JavaScript and packages like mootools. The demand for developers with these skills is high. Database technology - MySQL in particular - is going ot make a difference for you, too.
But, as I tell everyone entering the job market, what you do outside of the class assignments is as important or more important than the class assignments themselves. You need to build something on your own as a hobby - something interesting and useful. Start your own web site, even if it is pretty basic. Good hiring managers will be more interested in this work than whatever you produce in school.
