Q:
My father-in-law has harassed us using anonymous tips to CPS in the past. After moving, we still fear he'll find us again. How do I prevent this?
We have been homeschooling our three children to keep them out of public records. Even so, he has found ways to harass us through reporting us to CPS and other child protection services. The kids are very smart, but I fear I am unable to continue teaching them at home effectively. How do I keep him from finding out where we are now, yet still give them a good education?
