I am a single mother form Estonia, and I want to find a good pre school for my child! I need to work, and I want my baby to be in a fun and safe environment while I am at work. I just came from Estonia and absolutely have no idea where to start. How much would it cost me and if there will be any problem that I am not an English citizen (however I am an European citizen). Please can you give me some advises!
