I just started bringing my 27 mo old daughter to 4 hr daycare thinking it is for her benifit.  I watch her on the computer and after the crying stops she does not participate or eat,  just stands watching with a fearfull look on her face . when I pick her up she will burst into tears & hug me.  My gut tells me this is wrong but others think she will get over it.  I am afraid this is more harm than good
