I bent down in my kitchen tonight and experienced a stretching sound/sensation and pain in the front of my knee.  I then experienced shooting pain on top of foot and my two smallest toes experienced numbness.  The MCL area of my right knee slightly swelled and there is a dark bruise starting in the MCL area as well.  It does not hurt to put pressure on the knee and to walk on it.  It does feel stable.  Any advice would be appreciated.  I don't want to make it worse by using it.
