You can give your daughter an allowance if you are by the means to do so.  If she is little, then a small amount enough to buy something at school's tuck shop.  If she is older, then it will have to be more.  Get an idea of what she would buy then decide.  Otherwise, let her do some chores at home and this in turn harbors responsibility as well as getting rewarded for some work done.
