"My grandson is 8 yrs. old and moving to Madrid, Spain from Holland. He knows Dutch, English and Spanish well. Would he be better off starting in 2nd or 3rd grade? He is Spanish and Mexican-American. He will most likely be attending an American school and learning in English. Please advise."
