Hi. Yes, indeed they do. The current issue of National Geographic contains a feature issue on animal migrations - highly recommended. Inside is a foldout map that shows the flyways of hawk migration. I live in the valley of Virginia and often watch hawks in migration from the overlooks on the Blue Ridge Parkway.

From quick research on the internet It seem that Hawks do migrate.
It probably varies based on the type of hawk and their habitat.
