Q:
Can I hold back my son in kindergarten (Texas Law)
My son was born in July 2007. He will turn five and I want to send him to kindergarten in fall of 2012. This will be a sort of "test run" year. At the end of the year, do I have the right to hold him back? Or does the school have a say in it?
I want to be the be all and end all in that decision and I'm afraid the school will overrule me? Does anyone know the law?
