First you need to do research on static electricity and decide what you want to find out in the experiment (the "Question"). Then you will have an idea of what you think will happen when you do the experiment. That is the "Hypothesis." A hypothesis is a "scientific guess" based on what you know about something and what you're trying to find out or prove. That's why nobody can give you a hypothesis without knowing what exactly you're trying to do. You can do a Google search for science fair projects that have to do with static electricity, which is a physical science project.
