Does anyone have any ideas on how to improve my kindergartner's listening skills ?

Hello I am a Kindergarten teacher. I recently added a few new students who struggle with listening and following directions. Does anyone have an activities that I can try with my class to improve listening skills and direction following?

I can tell that you are a very involved teacher who truly cares about the uniqueness of each child! BRAVO!  

First, consider that students now have a lot of multimedia provided to them at home, so multi-sensory approaches to learning may be helpful!
