If you want to gain wait and have good health.....simple thing you have to do....
1.Have a mornig walk daily.
2.Do some exercise and jogging daily.
3.Start having cream (milk cream) and bread daily morning with hot milk.If you do not like raw cream,you can have some sugar added to that.
4.Start having 5-6 ripe bananas daily and after that have a glass of cold or hot milk as per your taste.
Aviod fried stuff and spicy food.....
Use this for a month regularly and you will see the difference.
