To learn about your child's attendance record, you'll probably have to visit or call the school office. They might have that kind of information online, but if you called them/visited them they could direct you to this information if it is online.
As for progress, while at the office you can ask if there is a website that has this information. If there isn't, than maybe some of your child's teachers have this information online, rather than the school having a central location for this information.
