An Eligibility to earn pure master degree(2 year master degree) in any discipline is graduate in any discipline. However on the bases of total years of experience you can apply for executive MBA. It is 1 year master degree program or else you can say it is a fast track MBA. After successfully completion of course you are entitle to get EMBA degree. Please note that it is a degree which has URC and HRD approval. It is not just a certificate.
