Q:
Is Kindergarten required by law in PA?
Hi! Can you tell me if it is required by law for my child to attend kindergarten or 1st grade? We live in West Mifflin and she just turned 5 the end of July. I've check the website for the West Mifflin school that she would attend but can't find any information there. I've emailed them, however, they haven't gotten back to me yet. Is there a website I can go to, to find out about the school laws in PA? We just moved here and I'm at a loss when it comes to the school laws. Thank you!
