Need help getting through life
Im in a treatment facility and i am holding myself back because i allow others to dictate how i feel or react to them. I have a problem with not saying anything or choosing to not get mad or upset when someone says or does something that i don't like.
Can someone give me some advice on how to ignore other people that way i can leave this place?
