It is fantastic that you volunteer to help out your mom!  

Have a round table discussion with her about what she would like to be helped out with and commit to do the best.  If she knows that you will take care of certain things and she will not have to worry about them, her stress level will go down.

It's great you want to help your mom out! Linked below is an example chore chart. I would ask her about things you could do to help her out. Maybe it's something as easy as taking out the trash or keeping your room clean. Or maybe it's watching over your younger siblings and watering the garden. Whatever it is, she'll be very thankful that you're offering to help her out!
