Let me see if I can make this sound a little easier.

Multiples of 10 are 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 ,60, 70, 80, 90, 100, etc.  

Multiples of 5 are 5, 10 ,15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 ,50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, etc.  

A multiple of 10 will end in a 0.
A multiple of 5 will end in either a 5 or 0, therefore some multiples of five are also a multiple of 10.
