Q:

What are the names of programs/activities that promote active student engagement in the learning process?

I had taken classes/workshops/seminars 5-10 years ago that provided practical, ready-to-implement ideas for teachers to engage students in learning. These workshops were excellent. I cannot remember the name of the organization or group or title of the workshops. Some of these workshops were one day. Others were two days or longer.

when students are engaged in more activities than just listening. They are involved in dialog, debate, writing, and problem solving, as well as higher-order thinking. There are a lot of centers and programs. Watch the video of the program such lessons. Students also like the reflections on the theme of expository essays

Talk to the teacher, and get her feedback.  She's the one to keephim on task in class.
If he's frequently forgetting something specific, make a small post it sized checklist for his desk.
By the way, these children are born writers, and she would not have buy essay
