Asked by a member via email:
I want to know what my rights area and where I should seek help. My son had an evaluation done by the School District and even though all the signs pointed to a learining problem they decided he was bad enough and too far enough behind for any help and dismissed the case. I did not agree and took him for independant testing the deducted he is Dyslexic. What are my options for the getting the education help my son needs?
