find the trusted parent who will listen to you and start by saying what you are feeling about both sexes. Remember this is a listening session. Ask your family (parent, grandparent etc) to just listen then talk. Depending on your age, this is not a commitment rather you are exploring your feelings toward others. Take is slowly and if a family member is not available, try your guidance counselor or a member of your faith community if they are tolerant of diversity.
